- Authentication & Identity Data: We collect your phone number strictly for Firebase Phone OTP authentication and account security.
- Profile & Delivery Information: Consumers may optionally provide their Name, Profile Photo, and Delivery Address, which are shared only with the specific retail stores they explicitly connect to. Store Owners provide their Store Name, Store Logo, and Store Physical Address so customers can identify and connect to their store.
- Camera & Photos (AI Vision & QR Scanning): Camera and photo gallery access is used solely when you scan a Store QR Code, scan a handwritten shopping list, or upload product packaging / profile images. All images are compressed to lightweight WebP format.
- Data Encryption & Zero Third-Party Selling: All network traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS 1.3 and protected by Firebase App Check. Oriprin Technologies never sells or rents personal data to third-party advertisers.
USER DATA DELETION POLICY
Account & Complete Cloud Data Deletion
In full compliance with Google Play's User Data Deletion policy, both Consumers and Store Owners can permanently erase their account and all associated cloud data at any time:
- Instant In-App Self-Service Erasure (Recommended): Open BillBrisk or BillBrisk Merchant Hub → Open Settings (Profile) → Scroll to the bottom card and tap Delete Account → Tap Delete Permanently. This immediately deletes your Firebase Auth identity, your Firestore profile & catalog documents (
Users, Consumers, Owners), and all uploaded product/logo/avatar images in Firebase Cloud Storage.
- Web / Email Deletion Request: If you have uninstalled the app, you may request full account deletion by emailing nishit@oriprin.com from your registered contact details with your phone number. Manual requests are processed within 48 hours.
